From Liz, our founder:

People working in recruitment seem to 'fall into' this as a career. Being a 'people person' I went for a Trainee Recruiter role thinking it was HR - how wrong I was! But luckily for me I've found the career I was born to do.

I love the buzz of being assigned a new role to fill, mixed with the excitement and anticipation of finding the right candidate.

I am passionate about helping candidates find their ideal role, matching the right client to the right candidate is a great feeling of a job well done.

Over the years I have refined my approach despite the implied criticism that I was being "too nice". I believe that it's entirely possible to treat people with care and courtesy AND be successful.

My belief is that recruitment could adopt a more holistic approach and this is what drove me to form a company with a strong moral code.


We aim to empathise with our candidates and support them at all stages of the recruitment process while also ensuring our clients only appraise the candidates that meet the job requirements.

Our philosophy is to treat our candidates and clients with equal respect and be as helpful as we possibly can. We provide the best experience for all and get results that everyone wants: success for both the hirer and the candidate.

What We Do

Marketing Recruitment

Marketing (noun) – the action or business of promoting and selling products or services, including market research and advertising.


Whether you’ve specialised in SEO, PR & Events or are a full-mix marketer, we can help you find the perfect role for you. We work with a variety of clients, all of whom have varying needs, from eCommerce, to research, insight, analytics and CRM.

Contract Type

​Permanent and Fixed Term Contracts.

We primarily work in the permanent marketing recruitment sector for both in-house and agency positions, across a range of levels, disciplines and industry sectors.


B2B: IT, Technology, Construction, Manufacturing, B2B Services, Professional Services

B2C: Retail (including eCommerce), FMCG, Finance, Utilities, Consumer Services

Recruitment (noun) – the process of finding people to work for a company or become a new member of an organisation.


Contingency - Results only, one-off fee invoiced on the start date of the successful candidate’s new employment.

Retained - Portion of fee obtained upfront to secure our time so we can conduct thorough searches to fill your specific job requirements.

We are based centrally in Coventry (Midlands), but as we conduct the majority of our work virtually or by phone and email, we are able to cover the whole of the UK.

Every candidate completes a consent form, which confirms they have considered every aspect of the role, including commute and salary, cutting down on duplication and increasing candidate commitment.
